I find the help I need is very responsive with a very fast turn around time when I need, either a quote or to place an order. Ben has repeatedly gone above and beyond what most would do to make sure I get what I need His knowledge of what he sells is great and the young man is always pleasant. Its nice to deal with a company where you feel like your business is truly wanted . Over the years of dealing with EU automation i have recommended ben and his team to many other branches within our company and generally Ben is my go to guy even before i contact the MFG
