John Madgin at EU Automation is on point. He takes the time to stay on top of his business and shoots straight. He has learned and understands my company's needs. When he says he can do something, it is done. I don't have to worry about it again. The items are here on time and in top condition. One of the things John does that separates himself from his pears is he remembers my past supply difficulties and works to prevent them from happening again. When a part is going obsolete or when a hard-to-get part becomes available he will drop a quick e-mail letting me know. His effort gives me the opportunity to provide the right part to keep our production lines on track. John supplies a list of parts for us but above that he quickly became the person I call when I need source a new part or when I need to replace a vender. EU get the business because of John's efforts In a world of ever-increasing lead times and weakening supply chains it is great to have an ally working just as hard as I am to find the parts our plants need. I found that Ally in John and EU automation.
