In this tough times with delivery issues and semiconductor shortages, it was glad to receive support from EU Automation with the help of whom I was able to cater to my factory needs in time. Best part was if they did not had new piece as is the case with most of them they can offer second hand repaired unit that too with 6 months warranty. It was nice to work with them and they have become our prime supplier for Siemens products. Special thanks to Ms.Diana Lee from Customer service dept for constantly being in touch with us and providing all the required details which we asked for, she was always helpful and on too the task.
