What I initially thought was a simple inquiry on my company's end quickly turned into a great business relationship. John, my sales rep, has always made it a point to go the extra mile for me. Not only has he gone to great lengths to get me excellent pricing on the Allen Bradley parts we most often order, but he has always taken the time to hunt down obsolete parts, and has even gotten me pricing from brands I didn't even know existed that fit my M.O.! John is a valuable asset not only to EU, but is also important to me because he helps me save money as the purchasing manager. Together as a team, he and Rupesh are wonderful. Rupesh is always friendly and prompt when sending us invoices and processing payments. He is also quick to let us know status of shipments or if there is anything I need to look out for when receiving orders. John Madgin and Rupesh Patel have made EU Automation a staple vendor for us here at Acraloc.
