Marcell was fantastic from start to finish in introducing the company as well as the product and handling the purchase order process. He answered all questions about delivery upfront and was respectful and attention oriented. It takes someone who really knows their product to add personality to the process and be friendly. By the time he introduced Ashurina to the conversation, all she had to do was pick up the friendly assurance and confirm everything Marcell introduced.
