I needed an obsolete part, they had one in stock, price was on par with other suppliers, they shipped it to me in New Zealand lightening fast. But they get 5 stars because the two people I delt with were just excellent. The parts specialist, Paul, called me on the phone at every step to keep me updated. I required some extra paperwork, and the customer service person, Nancy, made sure it happened and kept me informed. I appreciate good service, and I got that even though I was a small customer. They will be my first call for parts in the future.
