We were in a bind with a small piece of material which weas affecting part of a ship maintenance project in NZ. Some of our initial EDD's were over 6 weeks and put our critical pathway at severe risk. After speaking with Sime at AU Automation she was able not only to source one for us in a very quick timescale but organise its shipping from Singapore to NZ in around 8 days.
