John and Jessica are extremely responsive and very helpful. I never have to wait very long at all (sometimes seconds) to hear back with a question or concern. Great team! They have helped so much with some of our clients who we can't cross Siemens to something else for, and they either have the spare parts or surplus parts available for purchase.
