I was looking for an obsolete Mitsubishi drive and was not having any luck. I contacted EU and in about a day they located 2 of them new in the box. They priced them very reasonable and I bought them both. Delivery was as promised and we got our machine back up and running. I will definitely use EU in the future. They did an excellent job.

Years ago, an EU Automation rep came to see me to tell me all about EU Automation and how it could make my life easier. When I found out EU Automation was in the UK I thought “Ya, sure they can”. I’m in Canada, across the pond. Well, long story short, I got into a bind with some Obsolete equipment that I couldn’t find anywhere in Canada or the US so I gave EU Automation a shot. What I found was that EU Automation got it to me faster and more cost-effectively that I could buy it from my local supplier which. Since then I have gone to EU for many products and have found that my fears of EU being across the pond was a moot point because EU can almost always get us our product faster and more cost-effective on much of the parts we require. They have become a top tier supplier to Taylor Steel and I don’t see that changing any time soon. Thank you!
