As a first time customer, I will lie if I tell you that I was not in doubt when I thought of ordering from EU automation, considering the pay first method. Of course, I also used trustpilot just to check the business reviews for the company and it seems a lot positive comments was indicated in that section. Anyway I have ordered a mitsubishi brand PLC units and expansion modules and as stated in promised delivery scheduled, I have received it more earlier. Thanks to their representative in our country named Miss Fe Sy, who's very accommodating and patiently managed my orders and set up my accounts. To her colleagues in SG office, they are all answering all of my inquiry in due time and was more eager to give updates than I was expecting. Regarding my parcels, the goods were safe and secured brought from the origin in Singapore as it was shipped right to my door step. I gladly appreciate the service that they rendered to all of my concerns.
