Initially, I gave a one star review due to a controller we were sent that had the most important identification of the unit smudged out, which ultimately meant the controller couldn't be used. Lindsay from EUA responded immediately with apologies and kindness that was professional and sincere. EUA made it right, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return to them in the future. Kudos!
