EU Automation has provided exemplary customer service in every way. We have had issues with delivery (including quoted lead times being changed to a month out the day before delivery) from a number of vendors, which makes every interaction with EU even more of a breath of fresh air. If there is an issue with a shipment (there has only been one), EU is immediately working on it.
