The Siemens 6SL3220-3YE12-0UF0 is a SINAMICS G120X variable speed/frequency drive designed for precise control of three-phase AC motors in industrial automation applications. With a 380–480 V AC input range and integrated PROFINET and EtherNet/IP communication, it is well suited to installations requiring efficient motor speed regulation, reliable network integration and compact panel mounting. This drive is rated at 1.10 kW in low overload operation and 0.75 kW in high overload operation, providing flexibility for applications with differing load demands. It supports V/f control, V/f ECO modes and sensorless vector control, allowing it to manage pumps, fans and general motor-driven equipment with stable performance. The unit features six standard digital inputs, one fail-safe digital input, relay outputs, analogue inputs and a motor temperature sensor interface for practical connection to wider control systems. Built in frame size FSA, the 6SL3220-3YE12-0UF0 has an IP20 / UL open type enclosure and uses integrated fan cooling. Its compact dimensions of 73 mm wide, 232 mm high and 218 mm deep make it suitable for control cabinet installations where space is limited. The drive includes an unfiltered EMC configuration and supports shielded motor cable lengths up to 150 m, or unshielded lengths up to 300 m.
