The Schneider XPSAXE5120P is a high-quality safety relay designed to enhance the operational safety of industrial automation systems. This component is part of the Preventa Safety automation range and is specifically engineered for emergency stop and switch monitoring applications. It is capable of reaching Performance Level e (PL e) and Category 4 according to EN/ISO 13849-1 standards, as well as SILCL 3 in compliance with EN/IEC 62061, ensuring the highest level of safety for both machinery and operators.

The XPSAXE5120P operates with a 24 V DC/AC rated supply voltage and features three normally open (NO) safety relay instantaneous opening circuits, along with one normally closed (NC) auxiliary contact. This configuration allows for immediate cessation of dangerous movements upon receiving a stop command or detecting a fault within the safety circuit.

Equipped with captive screw clamp terminals, the relay's removable terminal block supports various wire types and sizes, facilitating flexible installation and maintenance. The unit also includes two LEDs for local signalling, providing clear status indication and aiding in diagnostics.

Designed for mounting on a 35 mm symmetrical DIN rail, the XPSAXE5120P is compact and easy to integrate into existing safety systems. Its robust construction and adherence to international safety standards make it a reliable choice for safeguarding a wide range of industrial processes.
