The Schneider XPSAC5121 is a versatile safety module designed for emergency stop and switch monitoring applications in industrial automation systems. As part of the Preventa Safety Automation family, this module can achieve PL e/category 4 according to EN/ISO 13849-1 and SILCL 3 as per EN/IEC 62061, ensuring the highest level of safety and reliability. The XPSAC5121 features unmonitored start, three NO (normally open) relay instantaneous opening outputs, and one solid-state output. With a rated supply voltage of 24V AC/DC, this safety module is compatible with a wide range of systems. The module is equipped with captive screw clamp terminals, providing secure connections for various cable types and sizes. Designed for easy installation, the XPSAC5121 can be mounted on a 35mm symmetrical DIN rail and has a compact form factor with IP20-rated terminals and an IP40-rated enclosure. This safety building block emergency stop module is certified by CSA, TÜV, and UL, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
