This advanced drive is engineered to control three-phase synchronous and asynchronous motors with a power rating of 22 kW, suitable for a wide range of applications in sectors such as manufacturing, material handling, and process control. With a supply voltage range of 380 to 480 V and an integrated EMC filter conforming to EN/IEC 61800-3 category C3, the ATV930D22N4 ensures compliance with stringent electromagnetic compatibility standards. The drive boasts an IP21 degree of protection, making it suitable for installation in environments where protection against touch by fingers and vertical drops of water is necessary. The unit is equipped with a braking chopper and has the capability to handle a line current of 39.6 A at 380 V under normal duty conditions. It also features a nominal switching frequency of 4 kHz, which can be adjusted between 2 to 16 kHz to suit specific application requirements, with a maximum output frequency of 599 Hz.
