Note that manual initialisation is not possible on the LCP 175N0131 control unit, but it can be initialised via parameter 620Operation Mode.
Yes, you can replace the control card yourself. However, it's important to handle the control card with care to avoid damage from electrostatic discharge. Use the ESD shielding bag provided with the control card for storage if you need to replace it.
Do not discard the ESD shielding bag that comes with the control panel. It is intended for storing the control card if it needs to be replaced, to protect it from electrostatic discharge.
The dimensions of the control panel are 1 x 2.9 x 5.65 inches.
To disassemble the control panel, use a screwdriver to remove the front cover, lift the flat cable carefully without touching the components on the control card, remove the screws on the left side of the control card, and then gently remove the control card. Remember to store the control card in the ESD shielding bag.
When handling the control panel, be cautious of electrostatic discharge by wearing a ground-connected wristband. Also, ensure that the mains supply and any other voltage inputs are disconnected before touching any electrical parts.
Yes, during manual initialisation, the following parameters are not reset: Operating hours (Par. 600), Hours run (Par. 601), kWh counter (Par. 602), Number of power-ups (Par. 603), Number of over temperatures (Par. 604), and Number of overvoltages (Par. 605).
For future ordering, you will need to provide the order number for both the power unit and the control unit. The power unit order number is located on top of the power unit, and the control unit order number is on the back of the front cover.
For safety, you should wait at least 4 minutes after disconnecting the mains supply before handling the control panel to ensure all electrical parts are safe to touch.
The flat cable connects the power unit to the control card, facilitating communication and control between these two components of the control panel.
