This module is equipped with three relay outputs, providing additional control capabilities for a wide range of industrial applications. Each relay output is of the normally open type and boasts a rapid response time of 1 ms, ensuring timely operations within your control systems. The module's electrical durability is rated at 100,000 cycles, indicating a long-lasting and reliable performance for your machinery. The Schneider 3204 can handle a minimum switching current of 5 mA at 24 V DC and a maximum switching current of up to 2 A at 250 V AC inductive or 30 V DC inductive with a power factor of 0.4, as well as up to 5 A at 250 V AC resistive or 30 V DC resistive with a power factor of 1, all within a 5 ms duration. This range of switching capabilities makes it suitable for various load types. Connections are made simple with a screw terminal block that accepts 1.5 mm² / AWG 16 wire, and the terminals are secured with a torque of 4.43 lbf.in (0.5 N.m), ensuring a solid and reliable connection.
