Very good at sourcing obsolete parts and quick turnaround on repairs. Whereas others only interested in offering new cheaper parts that not direct replacements and require modifications. Prices can be a little high, but you get exactly what you require that long-term reduces downtime. If you want Rolls Royce service, do not expect to pay Lada prices. Cheap is false economy.
