I bought a MITSUBISHI servo motor brand new (prestime original package) that was delivered without any issues. It is working PERFECTELY!! Please be advised that they sell PARTS. Industrial machines are very complex and a part failure can be caused by another faulty part our machine missuse. Allways be extremely certain that you know the root cause of the failure - otherwise you may replace a part that fails shortly after replacement ( and blame the PARTS suplier... )

Krystian worked on a very large RFQ for me. I was very impressed with how quickly he turned around the request and the pricing was equal to or better than what others quoted. His was also extremely responsive. I look forward to working with him on future projects!

Great Communication

communication and subsequent resolution of the situation was excellent. the transport of the spare part was in the minimum time.

We had an urgent requirement for a part and couldn't source it any earlier then 7 days. EU Automation went above and beyond to source the part for us and facilitate a speedy handover - we had the part inside of 48 hours. Customer service and communication were exceptional. A huge thanks to James Hunter who made it all possible and also placed a follow up call to ensure that everything went to plan. Highly recommend!
