I bought a refurbished Heidenhain linear scale which is a very fragile item. The part was located overseas, but it was well packaged, delivered within 5days as quoted and worked when I installed it in the machine. EU Automation was very easy to work with, provided order updates and tracking information. Everything was hands-off for me after placing the initial order.
