Good outset, bit of stressful hiccup on the way, but made a very credible turnaround!

Initial contact very good. Stated had parts in stock. This was a relief with production impacted with failed automation equipment on site. All seemed ok until parts dispatched. EU automation contacted us to state 1-part not on van as an error on their inventory system, part was on different EU automation site 4-hours further south. This caused significant operational stress having to re-communicate expectations to operational team on site that production would be impacted for longer, immense operational output pressure at this stage. After further discussions with EU automation to secure part from further away warehouse stock, they informed that the part had been located in the local warehouse and that their inventory system was incorrect, thankfully they were able to recover the situation and send an additional delivery with the missed part. This still added a further hour to delays. Whilst one is thankful that EU automation came good in the end to pull back the situation, the stress caused to the site with setting expectations of delays was somewhat unnecessary. EU automation later got in touch to confirm having reviewed procedures, all said and done when the problem occurred EU continued to work in the back ground to resolve said issue and successfully located part locally, so thanks for questioning your own systems of stock control to bottom this out. This plus having managed to get all the parts to us same day and getting back in touch goes considerable distance to demonstrating a credible supplier. Thanks. Thanks to EU automation for recovering this situation. Good turnaround.
