The Festo LR-D-MIDI is a pneumatic pressure regulator designed for maintaining a consistent outlet pressure in compressed air and inert gas systems. Part of Festo’s D series in the Midi size, this directly controlled diaphragm regulator features primary pressure compensation and secondary exhausting, helping to deliver stable pressure control across a range of industrial automation applications. Designed for flexible installation, the LR-D-MIDI can be mounted in any position and supports front panel or line installation when used with suitable accessories. It includes a lockable rotary knob with detent for secure pressure adjustment and is prepared for a G1/4 pressure gauge connection. With a pressure regulation range of 0.5 to 12 bar and a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar, it is well suited for use in pneumatic preparation units, machine air supply circuits and controlled pressure zones. The unit operates with compressed air to ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4] and inert gases, with lubricated operation possible where required for continued use. Its die-cast zinc housing, NBR seals and RoHS-compliant material construction provide dependable performance in moderate corrosion environments. The LR-D-MIDI is a practical replacement or system component for applications requiring reliable pneumatic pressure regulation from a recognised Festo design.
