As a proud German, there's nothing I enjoy more than sitting down with a great German beer. You can imagine my excitement when I received an urgent enquiry directly from one of Germany’s largest breweries and was presented with the opportunity to save their production line.
I quickly learned that they were facing a serious emergency: a crucial bottling line had malfunctioned, completely halting the production of their small bottles. The situation was urgent. Without immediate action, the brewery faced extensive downtime and potentially significant revenue losses.

Understanding the gravity of the situation and feeling a personal sense of responsibility, I immediately set about sourcing the specific part needed: a B&R 3IF797.9-1 interface module. Drawing on EU Automation's extensive global network and resources, I was able to rapidly locate and dispatch the required component within just a few hours. By the end of the same day, a courier was already delivering the critical part directly into the brewery’s hands.
Because of our quick response, the brewery was able to get their bottling line back online with minimal disruption. Production resumed smoothly, ensuring the brewery avoided substantial downtime and the associated revenue losses. Personally, I couldn't wait to call my father and proudly share how I'd helped keep our favourite beer flowing.
