Each input channel is equipped with current limiting components, EMC protection, and an optical isolation barrier, ensuring signal integrity and system safety. The DI810 is divided into two individually isolated groups, each with eight channels and one voltage supervision input, enhancing the module's fault tolerance and operational reliability. The voltage supervision input provides channel error signals if the voltage disappears, which can be read via the Module Bus, adding an extra layer of diagnostic capability. With selectable filter times of 2, 4, 8, or 16 ms, the DI810 allows for flexible response to input signals, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The module's front LEDs offer clear diagnostics with fault, run, and warning indicators, alongside channel-specific status, simplifying maintenance and troubleshooting. Constructed to meet rigorous industry standards, the DI810 boasts certifications such as CE, UL, ATEX, and marine certifications from ABS, BV, DNV-GL, LR, RS, and CCS. It is designed to operate in a temperature range of 0 to +55°C and can handle climatic conditions with relative humidity from 5 to 95% without condensation.
