This switch is part of the Preventa Safety detection range and is equipped with a key-operated turret head for secure operation. It features a contact configuration of 2NC+1NO, ensuring a slow-break, break-before-make action for reliable switching. Crafted from durable metal, the XCSE7311 is built to withstand challenging industrial environments. It offers an electromagnet interlocking mechanism that locks on de-energisation and unlocks upon energisation of the solenoid, providing an additional layer of safety. The switch is designed for a 24V rated supply voltage, with a tolerance to accommodate slight voltage variations. The safety switch has two entries tapped for Pg 13.5, allowing for straightforward cable management. Its electrical connection is facilitated by a terminal that can clamp wires ranging from 1 x 0.5 to 2 x 1.5 mm², with or without cable ends.
