SICK IVC-3D11111 is a programmable 3D machine vision camera from the IVC-3D series, designed for industrial presence inspection, quality inspection and 3D measurement tasks. Using 3D line scanning technology with integrated visible red laser illumination, it captures height, shape and profile data for objects moving through automated production processes.

The unit operates across a working distance of 306 mm to 683 mm, with a typical field of view example of 200 mm x 600 mm, a maximum height range of 377 mm and a 3D profile resolution of 2,048 points. Factory calibration enables metric measurement capability, while a scan rate of up to 5,000 3D profiles per second makes it suitable for high-speed inspection environments.

Built for demanding industrial use, the IVC-3D11111 features an anodised aluminium housing, IP65 enclosure rating and M12 connectivity for Ethernet, RS-485, power/I/O and encoder connections. It operates from a 24 V DC supply and includes interfaces such as TCP/IP, UDP/IP, EtherNet/IP, RS-422 and RS-485, allowing integration with PLCs, SCADA systems and wider automation equipment. Its robust construction and precise 3D sensing capability make it well suited to applications involving dimensional checks, shape verification, position detection and automated quality control.
