My experience with EU Automation has always been excellent. Unlike most places, EU actually took the time to ensure I was getting the correct parts, had the correct information etc. Always very attentive to responding to emails, phone calls. One account manager in particular for me made EU the place I go to first. Her name is Athena Crooks, and she is by far one of the best that place has to offer. I send an email asking for some info, she sends me what I need, then calls to make sure I received it and on top of that, when I do order something she would even call to make sure everything was working properly, made it on time and then continued to follow up to ensure that my company was still satisfied. That woman goes above and beyond, which made me realize two things. 1- EU will always be the first place I go when I need something and 2- every company needs their own Athena.

I have been working with Athena for years. Always get a quick response from Her, gives me a call if there are any issues or if something changes. I know there are complaints of lead times but I am seeing it from every one of our vendors. they do what they are able to to get your parts in a timely manner. always friendly. she will send follow up emails if I get a quote but forget to put in a P.O. or even if I found it somewhere else closer its not a problem and they are still ready to help on my next quote.
