EU Automation was very easy to get a hold of and had excellent communication. They had the special parts we were looking for and offered a few options at a great price. They shipped the parts very promptly and sent tracking so we had absolute confidence where and when we would be receiving the parts. The parts were packaged very well and worked as described. All in all, very satisfied with AU Automation.

Excellent Customer Service! One of our manufacturing lines went down due to a large circuit breaker issue. We were being told that this was more than 4 months out. Heather jumped on it, found it, and had it to us within a week. The availability of parts that we need is amazing, usually have them in house in less than a week. This has now become one of our main "go to" vendors. Thank you Heather for all of your support!
