We have been dealing with EU Automation for around two years and they have always done their best to meet our expectations. This could be anything from the regular supply of reconditioned obsolete stock for a major end user to getting exceptionally rare items within 24 hours. Steve Young is always very prompt and efficient when it comes to responding to urgent enquiries and understands the commercial constraints on us as a third party. I can honestly say I have not had a single issue with them over the period we have been dealing with them. Next time you are told an item is no longer available I would highly recommend giving EU Automation a chance.
