I recently purchased a Siemens USB A2 Profibus adapter (part# 6GK 1571-0AB00-0AA0). We have a preferred Siemens supplier but I got a quote from EUA because we've used them in the past for old and obsolete Siemens hardware and they were always quick to respond with good pricing. The EUA website listed the manufacturer as Siemens. So I was surprised to receive a Chinese equivalent. My first reaction was to write a bad review. After writing the review I didn't even have time to finish emailing my contact at EUA before receiving a call apologizing for the mixup and offering a full refund and to supply the genuine OEM part free of charge! I was shocked and amazed at this next level customer experience and can safely say after 20 years in the manufacturing industry, dealing with many suppliers, that this has never happened. This was far and away the best customer experience I have ever had. In the end it was a simple mix-up with one of their suppliers, which can happen to anyone. But the way EUA dealt with the situation made all the difference in the world. Not to mention their price was half of that from our "preferred" Siemens supplier. I will be sending future business your way EUA, thank you.
