At first, I was very skeptical about purchasing anything from the UK simply because of the proximity to our facility. We are in Canada, so you see my concern. That being said, I have purchased many things now from UE Automation and they manage to get the correct product to our facility faster and less expensive than most of our local representatives. A very pleasant surprise in deed. Our representative has come to knows the products we use and can offer quality substitutes in the rare case where they do not have exactly what I’m looking for. This is a tremendous asset to have in my purchasing arsenal. EU Automation representatives are much more than just order takers. They are specialists. Any skepticism I had when I started placing orders with EU Automation melted away very quickly when I saw how the perform.
