The Schneider XPSAC5121 is a high-quality safety module designed for emergency stop and switch monitoring applications in industrial automation systems. As part of the Preventa Safety Automation family, this module ensures optimal safety and reliability, capable of reaching PL e/category 4 according to EN/ISO 13849-1 and SILCL 3 conforming to EN/IEC 62061. Featuring a response time of less than 100 ms, the XPSAC5121 is equipped with 3 NO (normally open) relay instantaneous opening outputs and one solid-state output. The module operates with a rated supply voltage of 24V AC or DC and has a power consumption of up to 1.2W DC or 2.5 VA AC. Designed for easy installation, the XPSAC5121 can be mounted on a 35mm symmetrical DIN rail and features captive screw clamp terminals for secure and efficient wiring. The module is IP20 rated for terminal protection and IP40 rated for enclosure protection, ensuring durability in various industrial environments.
