It is a three-level fuse modular terminal block with screw connections, a protective earth foot and an integrated LED fault indicator. It is designed for mounting on a DIN rail in industrial electrical panels and enclosures.
The terminal block accepts 5 x 20 mm G-type cartridge fuse-links. Sand-filled fuse-links conforming to IEC 60127 should be selected to suit the electrical application.
The integrated LED indicator is intended for operating voltages from 12 V AC/DC to 30 V AC/DC. Its specified current range is 0.31 mA to 0.95 mA.

No. A defective fuse does not necessarily leave the downstream circuit voltage-free because of the indicator arrangement. The circuit must be properly isolated and verified before any work is undertaken.
The protective earth foot provides an electrical connection to the conductive DIN rail. This allows the terminal block to combine fused and feed-through connections with a dedicated PE level in a compact assembly.
