Cross-continental coordination keeps customers afloat

Leveraging our global workforce, we confirmed possession of the ABB part and began planning for an efficient handover to the customer. Due to complex travel logistics, the customer could only arrive late in the afternoon on the 8th of November. Despite these constraints and the difference in time zones, our teams in Singapore and the US worked seamlessly together in real time to coordinate closely with Sales Manager Matthew Flores in the US and Customer Support Manager Celine Wong in Singapore. Matthew generously agreed to remain at the warehouse, ensuring the part was handed directly to the customer upon their arrival.

Thanks to our dedicated, agile response, the customer successfully collected the part and returned to Japan the same day. They later expressed deep gratitude, emphasising how our swift and flexible support significantly helped them avoid major operational losses. This experience was a testament to EU Automation’s core strength: outstanding cross-regional collaboration and unwavering responsiveness, epitomising our mission of "Manufacturing Made Possible."
