The Pilz 774550 is a robust and reliable safety relay, designed to ensure the highest level of safety in industrial environments. This standalone unit features 1/2-channel wiring with or without detection of shorts across contacts, providing flexibility in various applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 24 - 240 V AC/DC, making it versatile for different power systems. The relay outputs are categorised under EN 60947-4-1 and EN 60947-5-1 standards, ensuring their quality and performance. The safety contacts can handle a maximum current of 8A for both AC1 and DC1 safety contacts, and 5A for AC15 safety contacts. The Pilz 774550 is equipped with two N/O and two N/Ot-d outputs, making it suitable for E-STOP monitoring and safety gates with two delay-on de-energisation contacts. The release time can be adjusted to 12 levels from 0.1 - 30 seconds, providing flexibility for different safety requirements.
