The Selectron ATM30 is a high-performance midget fast-acting fuse designed to offer superior protection for electronic circuits. Rated for both 600 volts AC and DC, with an impressive 100kA interrupting rating, this fuse is versatile enough to handle a wide array of applications that are beyond the capabilities of standard midget fuses. The ATM30 is particularly suitable for protecting small motors, transformers, and circuits with high inrush currents, including those found in photovoltaic and solar applications. With dimensions of 1 1/2" x 13/32" (10mm x 38mm), the ATM30 can be utilised with UltraSafe™ fuse holders, ensuring a secure and reliable installation. The fuse is available in a range of amperages from 1/10 to 30A, with special ratings of 30/35, 30/40, and 30/50 amperes for specific applications such as capacitor protection. It is important to note that while these special ratings allow the fuse to withstand higher inrush currents and tougher duty cycles, they are still considered 30A fuses due to their physical dimensions. The ATM30 is UL listed to standard 248-14 for amperages up to 30A and CSA Certified to Standard C22.2 No. 248.14, ensuring compliance with rigorous safety and quality standards. Whether you're looking to safeguard supplemental circuits or require extended protection for specialised equipment, the Selectron ATM30 offers a reliable solution that engineers and technicians can trust for their electrical protection needs.
